Thank you for sending Matt Grommes to fix my unit. His genuine concern matched his skill in AC repair. He correctly diagnosed a difficult problem with a split mini unit with three branches, and had our place great in about an hour. Our unit was installed by another company two years ago, and it ran, but not well. The installer had 20+years experience more than Matt! We thought it was a poor unit, but Matt figured out how to test our system, and corrected the installation problem. Now we are most pleased with our system. His cheerful character, even working in 90+ temp outside, was inspiring. I will recommend Sleeping Giant to anyone needing AC repair or installation. Thank you!
